What to expect
Counselling enables people to explore difficulties or problems that have been worrying them. People often find the process of talking in itself very helpful especially when it has been a problem they have kept to themselves for a long time. In the first session we will explore the problem or issue and formulate the best way we might be able to work together. This initial session allows you to get a feel for the type of therapy and if you feel this would be the right approach for you. If not, we will be able to discuss suitable alternative options.
